Choose how you would like your support services to look

We are a local community-based service provider supporting people with mental health challenges, disability, or both.

We are now operating a tiered approach to our support services so that you can choose how you would like to be supported.

We will ask you ‘What makes you feel comfortable and safe during this time?’ so that we can offer you a service which fits with your requirements. Maybe you are self-isolating and would like to catch up with support workers, but not face to face or you would like help with necessary trips. Whatever your preferences we would like to discuss these with you so that we can support you in the best way possible.

Your normal level of support service, whether that is help around the home, someone to help with shopping or assistance in getting to appointments, overall continued help to support you to build your skills for those everyday activities.

Any community access will be limited based on the social distancing and gathering guidance.

Help with community access, So whether it is help with shopping or assistance in getting to appointments, overall continued help to support you to fulfill necessary tasks and essential outings. These community access activities will be limited and based on the social distancing and gathering guidance.

We can also organise for your support worker to give you a ring or set up a video to chat so that you can still stay connected during those times that you are at home.

A chance to chat with a support worker by phone or video so that you can still stay connected when you are at home. You can ask your support worker to help with the purchase of groceries or picking up medication so that you get everything that is essential for you without having to leave home We are following all the guidance provided by the Australian Government Department of Health to ensure that all the services we do offer are safe for you.
