We are a local community-based service provider supporting people with mental health challenges, disability, or both.
We are now operating a tiered approach to our support services so that you can choose how you would like to be supported. Whatever your preferences we will discuss these with you so that we can support you in the best way possible.
Your normal level of support service, whether that is help around the home, someone to help with shopping or assistance in getting to appointments, overall continued help to support you to build your skills for those everyday activities.
Any community access will be limited based on the social distancing and gathering guidance.

We can also organise for your support worker to give you a ring or set up a video to chat so that you can still stay connected during those times that you are at home.

You can ask your support worker to help with the purchase of groceries or picking up medication so that you get everything that is essential for you without having to leave home We are following all the guidance provided by the Australian Government Department of Health to ensure that all the services we do offer are safe for you.

Our Billing Rates
Please click here to view our current price list. Karakan applies the TTP (temporary transformation payment) to a range of support activities, in line with the NDIS pricing guidelines. Please note: Prices are subject to review at any time and will be updated on the website and communicated to customers via mail.
Our cancellation policies are in line with the NDIS price guide with bookings for eight hours or less requiring cancellation 48 hours prior to the booking. In all other cases, cancellations require five business days.
